Bookings run Saturday to Saturday and the price listed is for one week, for up to 6 guests. Prices include utilities and use of Park facilities. There is no need to purchase additional passes at Haven locations. Our Charity Owners Cards are for guest use and give additional discounts on site when shown. 

Prices for Monday - Friday midweek breaks outside of school holiday dates, are available on request.

Planned closure of The Holiday Homes Trust

We are sorry to announce that The Board of Trustees has decided that after more than 55 years of offering affordable & accessible holiday accommodation, the Holiday Homes Trust will close, and the 2025 season will be its last. The main reasons for this decision are the rapid increase in the Trust’s costs since the pandemic and the continued difficulty in recruiting new, enthusiastic trustees.

The Trust intends to conduct a smooth and managed closure, so that guests may book and enjoy their 2025 holiday with complete confidence. To that end, there will be a phased withdrawal of the caravans’ availability.

The caravans at: Church Farm, Pagham (Bognor); Blue Dolphin, Filey; Golden Sands Mablethorpe; Littlesea, Weymouth and Rockley Park, Poole will close from 6 September 2025.

The caravans at: Devon Cliffs, Exmouth; Hoburne Devon Bay, Paignton; Hoburne Naish, New Milton and Pentewan Sands, St Austell and Seashore, Great Yarmouth will remain open until the end of the season, 2 November 2025. All caravans will be sold after their closure.
